The drawback with Hepsia is the absence of root access to the dedicated hosting server, but you will shortly fall in love with the excellence of Hepsia's drag and drop File Manager as a compensation.

Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia Control Panel is a regular tool only in combination with the Debian Linux OS and is delivered without charge. With Hepsia you can host unmetered hostnames under one single hosting user account. This is achievable owing to Hepsia's efficient Domain Manager section. The other web hosting Control Panel interfaces, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are obtainable solely in combination with CentOS. In contrast with Hepsia, with them you must have 2 different web hosting user accounts. This is so, because cPanel and DirectAdmin do not deliver any domain registration/transfer/administration solutions. If you go for Ubuntu as an Operating System for your dedicated web hosting server, there will be no hosting Control Panel choice.
Hosted Hostnames 2 - unmetered domain names can be hosted with all offered hosting CP platforms, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/manage your TLDs in one hosting user account. Sadly, the cPanel/DirectAdmin Control Panel devices do not provide such feature at all - there is no Domain Manager interface and hence they require TWO autonomous user account logins: one domain name management/billing/support account and one site administration account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin CP).
Operating System (OS) 3 - you will observe that the Hepsia CP can run on Debian Linux only. It's free of cost to run it on your dedicated server. Hepsia is not offered with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin web hosting Control Panel platforms work only with the CentOS OS. Neither of them is available with Debian or Ubuntu.
